You can freeze your monthly membership for up to 3 months at no charge. This will freeze your membership benefits and no charges will occur. Canceling your membership requires written notice with a 30 day notice. You will incur one final billing on your regularly scheduled charge date with a 30 day grace period to use any remaining credits. A form is required to be filled out for both Freezing or Cancelling your membership.
